IT Strategic Sourcing

Design and implementation of the supply and supplier management strategy

The digital transformation of companies has accelerated the dynamics of business and processes. This is just one of the reasons why routines also need to be reinvented and transformed in the shopping areas. New strategies do not stop reaching the areas that purchase goods and services for companies. But none of these innovations can be implemented without study, planning, monitoring, and support. Under penalty of jeopardizing the flow of supplies, production, and cash flow. Traditional RFP processes are insufficient to choose partners capable of adding value to the digital transformation process. Over the years, TGT Consult has improved the RFP development process, filling in gaps and making it smarter and more efficient. Making an RFP the traditional way still makes sense in certain contexts. However, for many specialized services, the procurement and supplier selection process needs to go beyond a “simple” RFP.

Strategic Selection of Suppliers

The technology market has completely changed with the entry of several new technologies and the diffusion in all departments of the companies. However, the process of acquiring and contracting IT services has not changed.

In this webinar, Omar Tabach, managing partner at TGT Consult, talks about the main mistakes that happen in the purchasing process and proposes smart alternatives to solve them.

In this video, you will learn about different sourcing strategies and be able to choose the most suitable one for your IT solution acquisition processes.
